FCS X VSSL COMPETITION GIVEAWAY –TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1. This competition is a Game of Chance
1.2 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
1.3 Only one entry will count per email address.
2. WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to everyone over the age of 18, residing in Australia.
2.2. Employees, franchisees or contractors and their immediate families of Surf Hardware International are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, or step-sister.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 In order to enter, you must agree to subscribe to marketing from surffcs.com.au from 15 November, 2022. For the avoidance of doubt the competition timeframe includes 15 November, 2022 and 7th December, 2022.
3.2 An entry is defined once a confirmation email has been sent to the entrant.
4. PRIZES
4.1 The prize winner in each region will receive:
4.2 The total value of prizes does not exceed $50,000.
4.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
4.3 In the event that any prize item is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal value.
5. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
5.1 If the winner does not claim their prize by the specified time - 72 hours from when the Promoter contacts the winner - the Promoter reserves the right to void that entry and/or select another winner.
6. SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS
6.1 The winner of our FCS X VSSL Giveaway will be drawn on Wednesday 7th December 2022.
6.2 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draws. To be eligible to win, the entrant must be subscribed to the FCS AU email database at the time of the draw. All draws will take place at the FCS Headquarters at 5-7 By the Sea Road, Mona Vale, NSW, 2103.
6.3 The prize winners will be notified by email within five days of the draw. The winner may also be announced via our associated social media sites, such as Instagram.
6.4 If the prize winner is unable to be contacted within 72 hours of the prize draw then their entry will be deemed void and a new winner will be drawn. This process will continue until a winner can be found.
6.5 The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
7. NO LIABILITY
7.1 The Promoter takes no responsibility for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details provided by an entrant.
7.2 The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods offered as prizes.
7.3 The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
7.3.1 during the draw;
7.3.2 in the participation in any prize
7.3.3 as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
7.3.4 due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
7.3.5 due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
7.4 The Promoter and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.
7.5 If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State legislation.
8. PRIVACY
8.1 The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is also available on their website. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes for both VSSL and FCS. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the promoters and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.

3.1 Pour participer, les participants doivent remplir le formulaire de participation du 15 Novembre 2022 au 7 Décembre 2022 via le site web de l’organisateur
Et/ou les pages de médias sociaux associées, en indiquant le nom complet du participant, son adresse électronique, son aptitude au surf et en acceptant de recevoir nos courriels marketing.
3.2 Une participation est définie une fois qu'un e-mail de confirmation a été envoyé au participant.
4.1 Un gagnant sera tiré au sort.
4.2 Le gagnant du prix recevra :
- 1 set de FCS Neo Glass Eco
- 1 kit VSSL x FCS
- 1 Moulin à café VSSL
- 1 bouteille VSSL
4.3 La valeur totale des prix ne peut pas dépasser 50 000 €.
4.4 Le prix/la récompense n'est ni transférable, ni échangeable, ni remboursable en espèces.
4.5 En cas d'indisponibilité d'un lot, l'organisateur se réserve le droit de le remplacer par un prix de valeur égale.
5.1 Indépendamment qu'un participant ou un gagnant soit contacté ou que l'organisateur tente de le contacter, si ce gagnant ne réclame pas son prix dans un délai de 14 jours à partir du moment où l’organisateur contacte le gagnant, l'organisateur se réserve le droit d'annuler cette participation et/ou de sélectionner un autre gagnant.
6.1 Le gagnant du kit VSSL x FCS sera tiré au sort le mercredi 7 décembre 2022.
6.2 Chaque candidat qui a participé au jeu pendant la période du jeu et qui a enregistré tous les détails conformément à la clause 3 sera inscrit au tirage au sort des prix. Pour pouvoir gagner, le participant doit être abonné à la newsletter au moment du tirage au sort et suivre les deux comptes Instagram des commanditaires. 6.3 Le gagnant sera informé par courrier électronique dans les quatorze jours suivant le tirage au sort. Le gagnant peut également être annoncé via nos sites de médias sociaux associés, tels que Instagram.
