Delivery over the Holiday & New Year Period:

Like all businesses we will be closed on weekends & public holidays.
For delivery before Christmas we recommend placing your order by 9am Monday 19th Dec
(for large items/travel covers to regional areas we recommend placing orders by 15th Dec)

How much is delivery?
FREE DELIVERY applies for all orders over $25 (excluding products listed in the heavy items section below).
For orders under $25 a $10 delivery charge will apply.
The following are shipping cost for heavy items. This charge will apply to each item purchased.
- Surfboard Travel/Multi Covers $20
- Surfboard Single Board Covers 8ft and above $20
- SUP Covers $20
- Travel Luggage $10
Generally we will ship all fins, leg ropes, grips and smaller items by Australia Post Express.
Heavier bulky items like large boardbags & luggage are shipped by Star-Track Express (signature required on delivery).
All deliveries are fully insured against damage.
Do you offer Express Delivery?
We offer Free Express Post delivery as standard (& for no additional charge) on all small items (fins, leg ropes, grips etc).
Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received the next business day. This service takes 2-3 business days to most other areas.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and details on how to track your delivery.
Does someone need to be there when the product is delivered?
No Signature Required For Small Items (fins, grips, accessories etc):
As part of Australia Post 'Delivery Choices' we now offer Safe Drop on all small item deliveries.
This means that if there is no one present to sign for your delivery it will be left in a safe place eg: car port, front porch (this location must not be too visible from the road & be out of the weather).
How Safe Drop Works:
1. When you receive your Tracking Email there will be a link asking if you would like to activate Safe Drop.
2. You will be directed to the Australia Post website where you can nominate your Safe Drop location.
3. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel, it will be left in your Safe Drop location.
...it's as simple as that!
If you have not selected Safe Drop & no one is available to sign for your order, a card will be left and the order will be re-directed to the nearest Australia Post location. You are then responsible for collecting the parcel (you will be required to show photo ID).
Signature Required For Large items (Board covers & luggage):
For these larger & more expensive items we require someone to be available & a signature on delivery.
If no one is available to sign for your order a card will be left and the order will be re-directed to the nearest Australia Post or Star-Track Express depot/location. You are then responsible for collecting the parcel (you will be required to show photo ID).
Can you deliver to Aust Post 24/7 Parcel Lockers, Post Offices and PO Boxes?
Yes, we can deliver all small items (fins, leashes, tail pads etc) to Australia Post Parcel Lockers so that you can collect after hours. Australia Post will then send you an email or SMS when your item is ready for pickup.
We can also deliver small items to Post Offices and PO Boxes. This is very quick and simple to arrange.

How do i track my delivery?
All FCS deliveries have a unique tracking number which will be emailed to you when the order is dispatched. Delivery progress can then be tracked either via the Star-Track Express or Australia Post website: www.auspost.com.au/track
How long does delivery take?
Small Items (fins, leashes, tail pads etc): In most cases orders received before 1pm on a business day are dispatched via Aust Post Express the same day, & received the next business day in metro areas. For other areas please allow 2-3 days.
Large Items (board covers, luggage): We will endeavor to have your product delivered as fast as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally allow 3-5 days business days from receipt of dispatch confirmation to be sure.
Do you ship internationally?
Purchases from the FCS Australian website can not be shipped to locations outside of Australia.
